OpenAI models are coming to Google Cloud

AI teams running on Google Cloud will be able to access OpenAI frontier models and Codex workflows through Gemini's Model Garden, with procurement handled via Google Cloud Marketplace. The partnership reduces the operational and purchasing friction of using OpenAI tools inside existing Google Cloud environments. The announcement signals a more interoperable enterprise AI market: Google Cloud customers will no longer need to treat OpenAI access as a separate vendor stack for supported workloads.
